When it comes to health and fitness, I believe in sustainability & lifestyle change over all else! Sure, there are great "12-week programs, 1-month challenges, 90-day transformations", but by the end of the day, when you finish that, what's next? Another 12-week program? When working with clients, I like to build from the ground up. We work together to strengthen, gain flexibility, improve nutrition, and accomplish your goals. A priority for I&GF is empowerment. Through our program you will be educated and empowered to live a fit and healthy lifestyle amidst the unending changes of life. We will work together to overcome excuses, change limiting habits, and develop a true love of fitness. Instead of handing you a recipe for successful training, I teach you how to build your own. We are also passionate about the prevention of/fight against Child Sex Trafficking and Domestic Abuse, and the sanctity of unborn life. In the near future we will be providing information on ways to be a part of raising awareness and helping established organizations in the cause.
